How Things Work
- Right now we're only offering art through 20x200 and West Elm.
- Later this year we'll start offering prints and originals again through this site, but we're not quite there yet. Get on the mailing list to find out when we're up and running.
- You should join our mailing list or follow Austin on Twitter.
- That's where we announce all new prints, reprints, and new art for sale.
- If the site says we're sold out of a print, that means we're really sold out.
- If we had more, we'd be happy to sell one to you, trust us! When we sell limited-edition runs, it means that when you collect my prints, you're getting something that not everyone will have, and because of that, it's more valuable than something that can be recreated indefinitely. By staying true to the size of the edition and not creating any more prints (even with really popular editions) we're protecting the value that we promise our collectors.
- We know—you really wanted that print.
- We're really sorry you didn't get a chance to get the print you wanted, but we're also confident that we'll release an edition in the future that you'll love just as much. Sign up for the mailing list or follow @austinkleon on Twitter so you're the first to know when new art is released.
- We can't print a specific poem or drawing for you.
- We're not set up yet to do prints-on-demand. Everything for sale can be found here on this store. That said, we're always taking suggestions for new prints.
- Austin occasionally does commissions.
- They aren't cheap. Shoot us an e-mail if you're interested.
